Shylice Noelle Williams was born on March 19, 1987, in Morristown, N.J. to Dawn Williams and Kenneth Sally Jr.. She left Morristown at an early age, when Dawn married Gregory Rowe. Shylice was raised by Dawn and Gregory in Somerset, NJ. and Drexel Hill, PA where she attended the Franklin Township School system through the 9th grade, graduating in the Upper Darby H.S. Class of 2005. She attended The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill. Growing up, Shylice attended Sharon Baptist Church in New Brunswick, NJ. She played soccer, loved to swim, played first chair alto saxophone in elementary school and was a member of the Franklin H.S. marching band. Shylice loved playing video games, listening to music, watching her favorite T.V. shows "That's So Raven", and "SpongeBob Square Pants", and loved pets, especially the family dogs, Zeus and Trixie. Shylice was funny and thoughtful, a loyal friend, and passionate about spending time with her family. She rarely missed a holiday or family event where her presence, especially her big, beautiful smile and hearty laugh were loved and anticipated. Shylice was also very creative. She prided herself in her culinary talents, experimenting in the kitchen and preparing meals for her loved ones. Her artistic flair could be seen in her drawings, paintings, crafts she would give as gifts, and her artful array of tattoos. While Shylice's life had many peaks and valleys, her positive energy continued to shine. Hardship could not douse her light. She always tried again, she did her very best. Her family will honor her by keeping the memory of her light alive in their hearts. Shylice leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Dawn Brown (Maurice), her father, Gregory Rowe (Sonja), her sister, Samone Rowe (Dorian McDonald).
