Maribel Morales was born in San Lorenzo Puerto Rico 9/19/69 to Parents Matina Moyet and Rogelio Morales and Late father Jose Luis Andujar.

She later came with her family to Camden NJ, where she grew up. She graduated high school and had her first two children Melissa and Patricia, later on having her third daughter Sachalee. She went on to Rowan university where she graduated with two bachelor's degrees, while also being a substitute teacher. This then led her to become a worker for children of family services, as well as many other places dealing with the younger youth.

She was a grandmother to 7 grandchildren who she loved dearly, Shaylah, Jazlyn, Omar Jr., Jahlil, Jaliyah, Emma and Gianna. She always there for anyone that needed her and was always willing to give the shirt off her back if needed. She loved to enjoy life, she was always dancing, always smiling. She was a great sister to her siblings, Sandra, Maggie, Maria, Tony and Georgie. A mother-in-law to Omar, June and Gio. She was joy to be around and anyone who knew her loved her.
