Jacqueline Ann (Handy) Blackmon, age 87, departed this earthly life on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her residence in Burlington, NJ surrounded by her children. Born January 28, 1938, in Princeton, NJ, to the late Kenneth Handy, Pearl (Conover) Thomas, and Bernard Thomas.
Jackie grew up in Jamesburg, NJ, and was a long-time resident of Trenton before moving to Burlington. She retired from General Motors Company and was a licensed cosmetologist. She was an active member of the Lion of Judah church family.
Predeceased by her parents, brothers Thomas, Mark, William, and Jerry, and bonus daughter Alberta “Tina” Kelly.
She is survived by her children Celeste Blackmon-Hardrick (David), Craig “John” Blackmon, and Ronald Billups (Rose) her siblings Kenneth “Junie” Handy (Jean), Edith “Daughty” Queen, Joyce Harvey, Aminah Ali, and Carl Thomas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved and cherished her.
