Misty Dayschell Worthington, daughter of Cosette Worthington and Victor Flores, was born on October 28, 1976 and departed for her heavenly home on November 15, 2025. The arrival of Misty was truly a blessing to both her parents. She was their inspiration and strength.
Misty dedicated her life to creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support. Her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her son, Julian with whom she shared an extraordinary and unbreakable bond. The two were not just mother and son. The bond they shared was built on mutual respect, easy laughter, heartfelt conversations, and a love that never wavered. To Julian she was not only mom, but his first and best friend, his strongest supporter and his safe place in the world.
Misty received her early education at Berlin Township and Lindenwold School Systems where she was on both the honor roll and principals’ lists. Misty graduated from Overbrook High School and continued her education at Pace University in New York where she studied Medicine. Several years later she received her degree in Accounting from Camden County College. Misty was employed at Comar in Voorhees, NJ for the past 9 years as a Customer Experience Team Lead.
From an early age Misty embraced her faith in Jesus Christ and led a life guided by love, service and discipline. Misty dedicated her life to Jesus Christ at Restoration Christian Fellowship Church in Sicklerville, NJ.
Misty forged strong relationships with her cousins and friends and considered them brothers and sisters. They will always remember her generosity, warmth and love. Misty had an infectious laugh. She embraced everyone she met with kindness and love.
She leaves to mourn her parents Cosette Worthington and Victor Flores, her son, Julian Phillip Simon Worthington, Evelyn Perry, siblings Anthony and Carlos Gonzalez, Joseph Perry and Tasha Perry, and one sister Tonya Perry, who preceded her in death. Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, a very large extended family, special life-long friends April, Alima, Crystal, Yulanda, Dru and Jessica, a special teacher, Ms. Carmelita Mayes and a host of relatives and friends.
