Faye Peacock was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 3, 1947, to Yvonne Eichelberger and Dorsey Platt. She attended Medgar Evers College where she met her husband of 48 years, Burnie Peacock.
Faye was vibrant and highly creative. An artist in every way, from painting to sewing to decorating - even making men’s suits for Church and dresses for Weddings & Choir Anniversaries. She was a woman of many talents - a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife and mother who instilled in everyone that family is everything.
Faye was very organized and hardworking, earning her way into a career at Brinkman Instruments as a Medical Instruments Technician for 20 years until retiring.
Faye departed this life on February 12, 2025, at home with her family in Columbus, NJ.
Faye leaves to cherish her memory - her beloved husband of 48 years Burnie Peacock; three daughters Vallerie Kim, Jenorice, Angelika and granddaughter Jayla Peacock; son in law Sam Pierre, sister in law Barbara Peacock, nephew Darius Peacock, niece Shaquay Peacock; Sister Donna Shine and nephew Michael Shine; Sister Jeanine Johnston, niece Roneen Johnston, and nephew Ray Johnston and several other nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
