Candle 2
Nya
I hope you're in a place where a soul can be at nothing but ease. Can rest and relax for as long as it pleases and needs, Aunt Connie. You deserve to rest well. I'm sorry I didn't get to see you any time recently. I never forgot you and I thank you for looking out for those you babysat over the years. (I was one of them.) And I definitely won't forget when I last saw you. Thank you for spending time with me after my high school graduation back in 2015. Having you join for a movie and meal, were great. I couldn't ask for a better moment spent with you. I wouldn't have imagined it would be our last. But I still thank you for it. I'll remember you from that day, as long as I possibly can. And many years prior. I'm sure many others will, too. You'll always be in our hearts. Rest well and thank you again.
To the family..please try to stay strong. Aunt Connie would want that, I'm sure. She loved to make people smile. So please, don't be afraid to still smile from time to time. I wish you all many bright days, weeks, months and years to come.
