Obituary of Jimmie Lee Solomon

Life Story Jimmie Lee Solomon Sr., was born to the late William and Corine Solomon on January 28, 1944, in Moultrie, GA. Jimmie received his education in Moultrie, GA, after which he moved to Florida for a short period of time. Years later Jimmie moved to Camden, NJ where he established most of his life. Jimmie married Geraldine Solomon who precedes him in death and to that union two children were born. In his later years Jimmie married Verna Solomon, who preceded him in death. He loved to watch the Philadelphia Eagles games. He also loved partying, barbecue’s, and dancing. His favorite saying was, “Let me get QWENTY dollars”. Preceded in death by two brothers; Thomas and William Solomon, four sisters; Margaret Solomon, Carrie Alford, Evelyn (Betty) Shaw, and Romenca Lane. Jimmie leaves to cherish his memories, four daughters; Carolyn Solomon, Virginia Green, Jahmila Solomon and Lakea Tucker, one son; Jimmy Solomon, daughter-in-law; Priscilla Solomon, two adopted children; Nijah and Johnani Harris, one brother; Willie Lee Solomon, one sister; Mattie Bell Brown, brother-in-law; Johnny Brown, sister-in-law; Lydia Solomon, three God Daughters; Francetta Freeman, Zarina Carstarphen, and Tiffany Edmonds, eighteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
