Maria Cantero, better known as Migdalia or Daly, was born on August 5, 1966, in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico to the late Jorge Pena and Iluminada Perez. Daly moved to Camden, NJ with her siblings and mother when she was 12 years old. She attended Woodrow Wilson High School and received her certification from Kane Business Institute in the late 80s.
