I knew Mr. Watson in three ways - as the wonderful mailman stopping by my office at Rowan University; as a fellow foster parent and as a fellow parent picking up our kids at Central School.
He was cheerful, full of life and I could tell he loved his kids VERY much.
Such a good man.
I am so sorry or our loss. If I can help you or your little boy in any way, let me know.

I am going to miss my buddy's smile, hug, and conversations about our families. My heart goes out to Sherrie and their children. Rowan will not be the same without him. The world will not be the same without him. I find comfort knowing he is in heaven and he will be with us in spirit.

I have been the UPS driver at Rowan for 19 years. I will always remember seeing Darryl driving around campus, or talking to him in the mail room. I will forever hear Darryl saying "How about my Spurs". Whether he was talking about basketball, life, or his brand new car, he always had a smile on his face. Darryl,I take comfort in the fact that you and Al are a together again.

My deepest sympathy to the Family of Darryl. He was one of my favorite people when I started at Rowan in 1993. His smile "lit of the room" everytime he came to my location up until 2007. We joked and laughed about everything. He was always in a great mood! He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Darryl was an amazing man of Faith. He was always an encouragement to those around him- always reminding them of His Father in Heaven-now he's there. But my heart goes out to his family and loved ones. I know how much we at Rowan will miss him- I can't imagine the loss for his church and blood family.
