Elder Cole was a wonderful soul, very kind and considerate of others feelings. Everytime I would see him, he would always ask how is JR doing and we would talk about that basketball game he and Pookie played in for the church tournament. (yeah, I did try to cutup a little bit), but he and I would just laugh and he would smile that beautiful smile he has. He will be greatly missed. Pookie you know I love you and will always be here for you.

Herberts warm smile and gentle spirit will be greatly missed. He was an unchangeable man of God always the same no matter were you saw him. It broke our heart to learn of his home going. We will truly miss the man of god. Please know that we are holding the family in prayer.

Dear Cole Family and Friends,
My deepest sympathy. I work with Herb in Charlotte, NC.
Im orginally from Berlin, NJ. About a year ago I met Herb and what a
great person he is. I was thrilled to talk to Herb about things in my old
neighborhood. I knew he was genuine when we talked about Cow Town and
the Berlin Farmers Market and Heb said The Berlin Auction, a big smile came to my face!!
When he said that..it was great to talk jersey with him..
I would always call him Jersey Guy, he would give me a big smile and say
Whats up Man. I would always ask him how his
Trip home for the weekend was and he would always say fantastic, nice
to be home, except for when it snowed and he had to travel back to Charlotte..
Herb lite-up when he talked about his wife and the vacation they shared togeather in Charleston, SC. He said he had the best time with his wife and looking forward to another trip soon.
Herb will be sadly missed in NJ and also with his many friend here in Charlotte,NC
May God Bless you my friend !

A scripture my brother would read often during devotion on Sundays: "I will lift my eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help...The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore." Psalms 121 (KJV)
You will be greatly missed, big brother. Live little sister.
