Dear family and friends of Mr. Cole, I am sorry about the loss of your loved one. Please take comfort in the scriptures as God promises a resurrection and a world where neither mourning nor outcry will exist.

A Distinguished Gentleman. I always admired your faithfulness and courage. You feared nothing and you were a winner in everything you did. "Uncle Lou, you have won again"

Uncle Lou was the only competitor I know who could give you the friendliest smile, shoot the most lethal long-range 3-point shot you've ever seen, AND throw the most dangerous spiral football pass youve ever caught ALL AT THE SAME TIME! Playing on his football team was always bittersweet b/c you had no question that your squad was going to win the game with him as your quarterback; but at the same time you also knew that in order to win, you had to endure the suffering of catching those traumatizing over-the-middle football passes he threw. Catching his passes was like catching bullets!! I could literally go on and on with stories about my Uncle Lou. But what I learned most from his life can be summed up with the following... He was the ultimate winner on/off the field, in his home, in his church, and in this sometimes uneasy life. He was quite the role-model. Period. He will be missed. We Love You Unc.
