It hurts so bad when we lose a loved one in death. Because this is true, our loving Creator made special provision for Adam's offspring. That provision is the ransom sacrifice of his "only begotten son", Jesus.(John 3:16) His perfect brought the scales of justice in balance, meaning a perfect man for a perfect man. Jesus' death provided the relief from sin, sickness and death. He was also resurrected in harmony with Acts 17:31 which provided a guarantee that there will be a resurrection for humans and it gets better, at Revelation 21:4 it states "death will be no more". We can all look forward to the time when we welcome back our loved ones from the grave and experience all of mankind growing back to perfection.
