Obituary of Hugh D Milligan

Born December 8, 1931 and departed this life on October 12, 2014. Son of the late Mildred (Coleman) Willard & Richard Willard. He is survived by his siblings Judy, Colon, Gary & Shelia from New York, Cameron from Hawaii; his beloved wife Martha Jaramillo Milligan; Children Sean Milligan; grandchildren Donate & Shaunda; great grandchildren Nadia & Ava. He was preceded in death by brother Richard Milligan, Jr.; daughter Sharon Milligan. Hugh passed of a long term illness surrounded by his loving wife, friends and family. He served in the Korean War, had 50 yrs of Government Service; 42 yrs for the Federal Aviation Adm., 4 yrs in the Unites States Air force (1951-1953), 4 years US Army National Guard (1955-1958). He was a certified FAA Instructor, had a fun loving sense of humor & he loved to travel with his beloved wife to Aruba, Vegas & Columbia. He also was an advocate collector of model cars & music.
