Mom, I just wanted you to know I am okay now. I had that demon on my back saying if I was there I could have made a difference. But when I sat still and listen to what you were saying I found peace. I understand what you want me to do and I got you. Just know I will always Love You and God knows you will forever be in my heart each day until we meet again. I just want you know the medallion you gave me before I went overseas in 1975 is still with me. I lost wallets and been around the world and I still have it with your blessings to protect me. What can I say that most people who had the pleasure of knowing won't say? It would probably take forever and a day to find something, so I'll just speak from my heart....Although you are not my blood grandmother, you have mothered me as any true GRAND-mother would! Your spirit was a divine healing one, that nurtured me when I didn't even realize I needed to be nurtured.... The conversations we shared over the years have meant more to me than I ever had the chance to tell you! There are no mistakes in this life, all things that happen, happen because they are destined to! I say this from a humbled place of joy because I know it was in my destiny to sit in your presence, and be blessed with life lessons from one of God's spiritual warriors! I'm grateful to have known you! I love you Bigma! I'll make sure that your grandson Dwayne and I continue to raise your great granddaughters to be righteous women that love God as you do! May you enjoy your new phase of life, until we meet again!
