Obituary of Thomas Jeff Bell

Thomas Jeffrey Bell, affectionately known as Jeff, was born on December 22, 1972 to Thomas Bell & Geneva Bell, in Camden, New Jersey. He was raised in Camden city where he attended Camden city public schools. As a child, no electronics in his parents home were safe, as he was always taking them apart and "fixing" them. Jeff was the youngest child with 3 older sisters whom adored him. Upon graduating from high school in 1991, Jeff attended Camden County College. In 1994, his first child Kyielle, was born. She was his pride and joy. In the later 90's Jeff, along with his fiancé and daughter, relocated to New Orleans, LA, where he was reconnected with his paternal family whom he developed a very strong bond with. While there, Jeff worked as a mover and hauler for Allied Moving and Storage. When Jeff returned to New Jersey, he then started his career working at Willowglen academy, where he worked with disabled adults. In 2002, he married Naima Lee. From that union, a second child was born to them in 2004, his beloved son, and namesake, affectionately known as TJ.
Jeff became a licensed real estate agent in 2004. He has had a very successful career as an agent and has helped many of his friends and family as well as other clients, find their dream home. He worked for Weichert, and was currently a Remax agent. Jeff had many aspects of his life and touched many people during his life. He had an infectious smile that could brighten the gloomiest of days. Jeff was a jokester and was always known to joke around with everyone. Jeff loved sports. He played little league football as a child and in the 90's he played in the city basketball leagues. Anyone who knew him, was aware that he loved the Dallas Cowboys. He was always talking mess and advocating for his team. One day, while his eagles fan neighbors were out, Jeff hung his Dallas Cowboys flag on their flag pole because his team had won to them. He also loved to play spades, & played just a few hours before his untimely death. He was a very fun loving man.
The son of a talented roofer, Jeff acquired many building skills and his work has been greatly admired and enjoyed by many of his friends and loved ones who have had him do renovations in their homes over the years.
Jeff was predeceased by his father Thomas Bell. He leaves to cherish his memories, his two children, Kyielle Lee-Bell & Thomas Bell ll & their mother Naima Bell. He also leaves his beloved mother, Geneva Bell. Three sisters, Geneva Boone, Marie Thomas (Maurice), & Jacqueline Bell. A special aunt, Carol Milton. Four uncles, Walter (Jennifer)Milton, George, Larry(Patricia) & Dave(Theresa)Milton. Five nieces and nephews, Sedale King, Nicole Wallace, Maurice Thomas, Alaysia Bell & Naimah Boone. A great niece and nephew Kimani and Jarrod. A host of cousins & a special Friend Colease Gamble.
Jeff was a loving and caring man who had a great deal of close friends. He was a best friend to many, especially to his childhood friends from the lakeshore drive area. He was a hero, a confidant & a support system to many. He touched so many lives during his life & because of that, his legacy & memory will always live on...
