Obituary of Robin Anderson

Robin Lanette Anderson, 55, from Deptford, NJ, passed away Monday, June 06, 2016, surrounded by family in Sewell, NJ. She was born November 17, 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Sylvester and Jeanna Keith. Robin graduated from Germantown High School in Philadelphia, PA and later received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ. Robin was also a certified Medical Assistant. She had been employed as a security guard for The Rouse Company at the Cherry Hill Mall for 13 plus years. Before her passing she worked as a court clerk for Atlantic County, NJ. Robin’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, most especially in the company of her grandchildren. Her lifetime passion was assisting the helpless through law, especially abused children and battered women. She also enjoyed reading at the library, carpentry and upholstery. Robin was very loving and incredibly selfless; she always found time to help when it was asked of her. Her favorite Bible scripture was 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8, you could find it in pictures on her walls, saved on notes within her computers and everywhere. It was Robins’ dedication to understand love, find it in life and giving it to all she knew. She is survived by her three children, Fernando (Theresa) Anderson of Clayton, NJ, Carmen Anderson of Philadelphia, PA and Tiffany Anderson of Sewell, NJ; seven grandchildren, Naj’ae Anderson, Zania Anderson, Car’mello Anderson, Jayden Minter, Alana Anderson, Isabella Anderson and Royal Anderson. Her special adopted mother Margy Bradwell-Gonsalves, her siblings Jeanna Rodgers, Latifah Hijazi, Shawn Darty, Christopher Keith, Neice Keith and Ramón Keith. She leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Sylvester Keith, mother Jeanna Keith and sister Cheryl Rodgers.
