DeVante’s most admirable quality was the love he had for his family and his “sister” Karma … the family dog.
DeVante played T-ball when he was younger, however he excelled in football and Track and Field. He was named one of the best football players in the Cumberland Midget Football League. His favorite football team was the Kansas City Chiefs.
DeVante had a smile that was so full of life that it could light up a room! Anywhere he went he quickly became the center of attention. He was always down to Earth and was a genuine person. He was very respectful and loved by many. His favorite saying to everyone was “Where you from?” His favorite saying to his family and close friends was “Kinfolk.”
