Donald Johnson,Jr. age 27, also known as "DJ" was born on February 25th, 1990 in Vineland NJ to Donald Johnson, Sr. and Lisa Satchell-Phillips. DJ departed this life on June 24, 2017.
He achieved his high school diploma from Vineland High School in 2008.
For the last five years DJ was employed at REM New Jersey Mentor Network in Vineland. He passionately fulfilled the role as a Residential Supervisor and often referred to many of his coworkers as his second family.
DJ was an ardent writer who self-proclaimed to have written approximately 300 poems. He had plans to one day publish his own poetry book. DJ also had a love for comic books and music.
DJ was very fun-loving, jovial and truly cared about the vitality and well-being of others. It was family first with him. He reverenced in the moments that he could spend in laughter with his parents, siblings,nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He lit up the world with his bright smile and light-hearted humor. His persona was truly contagious and you couldn't help but to feel happy in his presence.Though forever in our hearts, he will be profoundly missed.
