Please share a memory of Elsie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Elsie M. Allsebrook, “Gram”, (nee Lesch) born on January 27, 1924, departed this life on November 2, 2017, surrounded by her loving and devoted family, 63-year resident of Lindenwold, NJ.

Elsie was the wife of the late Alan. Predeceased by sons Roy and John. Sister of John Lesch (Angela) and Mary Gilmore, both of California.

Devoted mother of Donna Thomas (Glenn), Gloria, Robert (Barbara). Grandmother of Kimberly Back, Patricia Miller, Kristine Cornog, John Allsebrook, Glenn Thomas, Jr., Kathleen Macaro, Nicole Vespa, and James Thomas (Roxann), granddaughter-in-law, Kathleen Campbell, and 17 great grandchildren.

Also survived by daughters-in-law Kathleen (John) and Pat (Roy).

Special Gram to her “other daughter” Linda McLeod and “grandson”, Michael McLeod (Lisa) and family.

Mom was kind, gentle, and caring. Her 93 years were guided by the Golden Rule. Nothing was more important to Mom than the love of and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed, never forgotten, forever loved, and forever in our hearts.

Our deepest gratitude to Vitas Hospice for the compassion and care given to “Gram” through the last few months of her life.  We especially want to express our unending thanks to David Perez for the many hours he spent soothing and reassuring Mom.  His love and compassion made the unimaginable a little more bearable.  He is truly our angel.  We would also like to thank Sharon Smeltzer, Connie Hutchison and Julie and Karen.  These women will be forever in our hearts.
