It is with a heavy heart that I try to write these words to you. __________________
The dychotomy of your family
Shall never be the same
The choice was made to bring him home
And somehow chose Dallas' name.
Dallas Anderson, Jr.
Our hearts now skip a beat
Was walking past your Hartford home
And had to take a seat.
I can't imagine how Crystal feels
Without you to call her name
I pray for strength for your family
Their lives are forever changed.

Your family & friends loved you so
Through all your trials and struggles
We never wanted you to go
You were unique in every way
The Hartford Police knew that too
I guess that's why it's difficult
Cause there's not another "you"
I'm fighting back my tears,
As I say my last goodbye
Your fight was fought, your race complete
And I promise not to cry
We loved you, Dallas Anderson , jr.
You walked this earth with pride
God bless your spirit and your soul
Now take your wings and fly.
