Obituary of William Oscar Lilliston

William Oscar Lilliston, Jr. was born on September 8, 1943 in Parksley, VA to the late Mable Warner-Lilliston and William Oscar Lilliston Sr. On July 24, 2018 he departed from this life.

 

William was affectionately known as “Mr. Will”

 

He was educated in the Accomac school system. Mr. Will went on to move to New Jersey where he met and Married his sweetheart Sandra Lee Burch on October 20, 1979.

 

Mr. Will was a committed and diligent employee of West Jersey Hospital in the Environmental Services Department for 30 years. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, served on the Usher Board and sang on the Men’s Choir.

 

He was predeceased by his wife of 24 years of marriage, Sandra Lee   Lilliston; Mother: Mable Warner-Lilliston; Father: William Oscar Lilliston, Sr.; Brothers: James Howard Lilliston, Luther Roy Lilliston; Sisters: Mary Etta Hamilton, Margaret Ann Bivens, Eva Mae Lilliston, Joyce Mae Lilliston

 

Mr. Will is truly loved and respected and will be sadly missed by everyone. He leaves to cherish his memory his two sons: Christopher Burch and Corey Lilliston; Two Daughter in Laws: Donna Burch and Shane Lilliston; Two Sisters: Shirley Turlington and Nannie Stewart; Three Brothers: Otis Lilliston, Wayne Lilliston and Richard Lilliston, Four Grandsons: Ryan Kersey, Brandon Kersey, Christopher Burch and Chase Lilliston; Two Granddaughters: Brittany Burch and Cameron    Lilliston and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
