On January 30, 2012 we lost a great person who would jokingly call himself a god among men. This was Michael Delaney Faison Jr. who we all knew as Booka. Booka was twenty-four years old at the time of his death. He was born on the 21st day of June, 1987 to Michael Faison Sr. and Lisa Michelle Faison in Oceanside, Ca. Booka moved around a lot during his childhood years because his father was in the military. Michael joined the military after graduating from Millville Senior High School in Millville, NJ. After leaving the military Booka made his home in Biloxi, Mississippi to find peace. Michael leaves to cherish in his memory his father, Michael Delaney Faison Sr., His mother, Lisa Michelle Faison, one sister, Tamika Nicole Faison, one brother, James Darius Taylor, and a host of family and friends.

Services will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the May Funeral Home 138 W. Landis Avenue Vineland, NJ; viewing will be 9-11 a.m. Interment: Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
