John ' Chris' Coles was born on  May 2nd 1965 to John Chapman and the late Frances Hicks of Camden N.J.

John was peacefully called home on Tuesday, March 5th 2019.

John was educated in the Camden City Public School System. He also attended the Job Corp where he obtain his C.D.L license to purse his trucking career. He drove long distant for various trucking company before  employed by the Camden City Board of Education as a truck driver. During the last couple of years John slowed down a bit due to his illness and his mobility.

Along with trucking, his love for football, music, cars and family was huge part of his happiness. John had a passion for his Philadelphia Eagles, he was so happy when they won the Championship Game. He was always full of laughs with his strong, sharp witty mind. He will be truly missed.

John was preceded in the death by his grandmothers  Ethel B. Coles and Peggy Billups.

He leaves to cherish his brothers Dwight Hicks (Benneda) Gregory Wyche Sr (Missy) sister Angela Feliciano (Noel), nephews Ja'Quan Da'Juan and Gregory JR.: nieces    Tatiana, Isbella, Harmony.: Carol (stepmom) and host  of aunts uncles cousins and family friends.
