Your dad helped so many people in Camden by providing them with work, from typing, cleaning up and repairing his buildings. He was such a blessing to so many people. He was so proud of you, Julia and Ralph. He was such a good Male role model with so much patience and understanding in helping me raise Justin to the man he is today. I will be forever thankful and grateful. I will really miss him.

I want to give my deepest condolences to the Mrs. Carter, Ted Jr., and Ralph. I enjoyed talking with Mr. Carter while cleaning. He still love to keep his debating skills sharp, when we would have headed discussions about current events. It has been an honor to know you Mr. Carter. Rest in Peace. My prayer goes out to family and friends for strangth.

Mr. Carter had to be an amazing man because his son walked in his footsteps. The best work and example a parent can set is the works of their children. By this measure Mr. Carter was a remarkable father. Young Ted will carry his intentions forward with the integrity his father would expect and want.
Our love and prayers for peace are with you,
Lynda and Chris
