Dearest [Cousin] Dorothy, [Haddi] Jacqui, [Ankle] Johnny, [Lovely] Lauren, [Joe] Jordan & [Link] Lindsay,
Where should I begin? The road trips, including tracing the Underground Railroad from Detroit to Windsor, Canada, birthdays and holidays, including "Men's Day" & especially Thanksgiving (yum yum yum).
The gardening tips and assistance; I will always cherish the memories every time I step foot on my lush Zoysia lawn that we labored to sow with plugs so many years ago.
Then there were special handwritten (calligraphy) notes of encouragement, replete with the word of God. And shared memories of DEC/DEBI...and prayers offered and answered.
I could go on and on . . .
We will all miss Mom Selma/Joyfulnan/Craftynan/Nanna. She left a legacy of love and very large shoes to fill; a Proverbs 31 woman in every conceivable way. Love you all, praying our strength in the Lord....Ank
