Obituary Christopher P. Johnson born in Los Angeles, California on July 11, 1992 to William L. Johnson Jr. and Cecilia M. Jainar and was widely & affectionately known as “Jap” by family and friends. His unexpected passing devastated the community when after previously beating death several times, God welcomed him home with loving arms on January 17, 2020. Chris was raised in Edgewater Park & educated in the Edgewater Park & Burlington City Public School Systems, which he was adored for his extroverted personality and quick wits. His lovable demeanor made him extremely popular amongst friends all over the tri-state area and on January 21, 2016 he welcomed into the world a beautiful baby girl named “Elaina” with Emerald Parrish. Christopher enjoyed adventures with friends, working out, large celebrations, playing games with his daughter and nephews, and being surrounded by loved ones. He was a kind man with a gentle soul whose empathic nature allowed him to offer words of encouragement, motivation, and affirmation to those in need. The strength he possessed in multiple areas rendered him an optimal worker in hard manual jobs. He worked in warehouses, home renovation, and carpet cleaning. Leaving to cherish his loving memories; daughter, Elaina J. Johnson (Camden, New Jersey); brother, William L. Johnson III (Los Angeles, California); sister, Cassandra U. Johnson (Mt. Holly, New Jerseyy); brother, Mychael Z. Johnson (Mt. Holly, New Jersey); nephews Austin, Julian, Jayden & Jacob; mother, Cecilia M. Johnson (La Union, Philippines) father, William L. Johnson Jr. (Camden, NJ) (deceased); as well as a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
