Obituary of John A Bell

Please share a memory of John to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Obituary John Abram Bell also known as Johnny or as his dad liked to call him, Skip, was born on September 8, 1958 in Camden, NJ to the late Elaine and George Bell. Johnny attended Glassboro Public schools and graduated from Glassboro High School in 1977. He ran track, played football, and was a proud member of the GHS Marching Band. Johnny accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was baptized at an early age. He grew up in service at Ebenezer Baptist Church and sang on the Junior Choir. He began his driving career with his father's chartered bus company, Summit Town Transit. He also drove for NJ Transit, JB Hunt, and several other trucking companies for many years until he was physically unable to drive anymore. Although Johnny loved long distance driving, his free time was all about the love for "the game" and watching his favorite team play, The Philadelphia Eagles. He was a jokester that either had you smiling and laughing or shaking your head. If you really knew Johnny you knew how much he loved Reeses, eating, and drinking milk. Johnny was called home to be with our LORD on May 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother Georgie, his oldest sister Beverly, and both parents. A hardworking, determined, and loving father Johnny leaves to cherish his loving memory his son, John DuBose, and sister Kebbie Bell; as well as nephews Keith McGregor {Keith McGregor Jr.}; Mark McGregor {Mark Jr., Capreshia and LaToya McGregor, twins Karon and Javon Seaberry}; niece Toye Bethea {Toianna and Warren Jr.} ; Great-great nieces and nephews; Aunt Viola Neblett, Aunt Gwen Only and Aunt Ruth Pritchet ; best friends cousins Ronnie Only and Harold McMurtry, Gilbert Minor, Roosevelt DuBose, Timothy Sprewell, Lloyd Smith, and Duane McDowell; his adopted daughter Aysa Morris; and a host of family and friends.
