My Dearest Tania,
I can't put into words what your friendship has meant to me over the last 33 years.I would give anything to go on Facebook and read one of your daily post, just one more time. I am truly going to miss you my Sister/Friend.We had the best of times in college and living off campus at the famous"218 Delaware Avenue". Going to classes, skipping classes, campus center ballroom parties, road trips with your car we named "Denzel",hanging with the Kappas and how could we ever forget our sweetheart step-show. We could always count on you and Marva to cook us a meal. I can still hear the music coming from you and Sabrina's bedrooms as we cleaned the house.I can still hear your knock on my bedroom door every Saturday morning when my mom called and woke up the entire house. I can still see the four of us sitting at the wooden round table in the kitchen having serious talks, silly talks, guy talks and often heated debates. I can still hear the song "Stay" by Jodeci playing over and over as we laughed all night long. Our sisterhood continued to grow as we got married, and had children. I often think back on the day when we ( with the help of your mom) took the kids to the amusement park an then for ice cream. They were so young, but when my boys laid eyes on Miss Chelsea, they were both immediately smitten. LOL . Well my dear sister, how do I say goodbye to someone I love so much. Thank you for all the love, laughter, late night talks and memories. My heart is truly broken but I thank God for the time we had together. Save us a seat at the round table, we got more talking to do. I will never forget you Tania, Sincerely your "218 Delaware Avenue" sister for life. Sleep in peace my friend.. Love Catrina
