She was raised by her aunt Anna Lou Rich Tucker and Backman Wesley Tucker who later adopted her. At age eleven Ethelene met the late Edward Leroy Williams. Edward knew Ethelene was the love of his life and on March 15, 1970 at 18, she became his wife. The two had four wonderful children Stephanie, Lamonte, Billie jeane, and Ebony.  Ethelene was educated in the Philadelphia School System. She was a Master Butcher and she attended Nursing school where she gained her CNA License and later her CNA/GMAT certification. For over 30 years Nursing was her life's passion. She had such a devotion to her family, job and helping others and she was a great provider.   Mommy loved roller skating and ice skating. She was very competitive and won all of her skating competitions. She obtained multiple awards trophies and medals. Mommy was very athletic, captain of her block and loved to dress for every holiday occasion, whatever the occasion was, you name it she dressed up for it. She was a God fearing woman, Devoted Christian, who danced and praised God up and down the aisles. Gardening was her passion and  she had a green thumb. She could bring any plant back to life. Her favorite color was Canary yellow and she loved fresh flowers. Mommy's infectious smile would melt even the coldest heart.  "Hey baby, how you doing" was her greeting and she always ended with a wave and a "I love you baby" !!  She was preceded in death by her sisters Marietta, Anna Lee, Jacqueline, Gwendolyn, Vivian, and two brothers Nicky and Otis.  With cherished memories, mommy leaves to mourn four children: Stephanie, Edward Lamonte, Billiejeane, and Ebony, 6 grand children; Daryl, Darnell, Lamonte, Errik, Javon, and Tierra; 7geat grand children; Nahzir, Onye', Ahvaya, Zhyion, Niko, Nik, and Nathan; two sisters; Elaine Sharp and Janice Pitt.
