Obituary of Dwayne A Morrison

Dwayne aka Robo, Goliath, Bullet, or Debo was a Veteran of the US Air Force & Septa Police Officer was called home by our Father unexpectedly on 10/16.  Dwayne was born on June 22, 1965 to Lance (10/17) & Barbara Morrison in Yonkers, NY, and later moved with his parents to Jersey City, NJ. Dwayne attended public schools in JC and after graduation enlisted in the Air Force, after 4 yrs he was attended St Peters College in Jersey City while being a reservist is the Air Force until he retired after 20 yrs.  He became a police officer with the Septa Police November 1994 And was an officer u til he departed. Dwayne dedicated his free time to being a Dad, Significant Other, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend to all that he loved.  Dwayne was also a Proud member of Masonic Woodlin Lodge No 30 PHA and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.  Dwayne is survived by his Mother Barbara, His significant other Jonalita, Daughters Ja’Lisah, Janel, Brother Tony, Liza (Sister in Law), Sister Danielle, Nephews Brandon, Tony, Shevon, Jharid, Nieces Elliyah, Ariana, and Great Niece Zariyah, Uncles, Aunts, Loving Cousins, Along with special children that he treated like his own.  Dwayne  was a different kind of guy. One of a kind. Strictly by the books. Strong, Stern, Stubborn, but Gentle at the same time. If you knew him you loved him. He loved his family and friends with everything he had.  He will definitely be missed. Sorrowfully Submitted, The Family
