Obituary of Harvey G Rivers

Rev. Harvey G Rivers was born in Philadelphia Pa. in 2/16/1936. He was 84 years old at the time of his Spiritual departure on 12/14/2020. He worked over 31 years in the Steel Mill in the State of Pa. He also worked 17 years at General Motors. He graduated with a B.A in Theology from the Philadelphia Bible College, He was also and honored Chaplin as well as in ordained Minster over 55 years. Although he retired he kept working because that’s something he always enjoyed. He leaves behind His wife Esther Rivers of 28 plus years. Survived by Vaughn Rivers, Shawn Davis, Althea Wilson (Rivers) and the Late Jonathan Rivers and Step Daughter Zola Rolen-Daniel (Rivers) and Charlotte Adams (Rivers), Step Children: Theodore Washington, Larcell Washington, Bernard Washington, Stephanie Washington, Raymond Washington, Jerome Washington and a host of Brother In-laws, Sister in-laws, Son in-laws, daughter in-laws Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. He was also proceeded in death by his Father Thomas and His Mother Katy Rivers. His Brothers Harrison, Edward, Thomas and his Sisters Mary and Joyce. Rev. Harvey G Rivers will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
