Obituary of Annie L Harris

Annie Lee Harris, better known as “Lee” to those who knew her; was born in Albany, NY on August 10th 1961 to the late Lucian Harris and Annie Ruth Harris. Her battle came to an end on March 8th 2021 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa Annie was the oldest of 8 siblings to a family that moved to Camden, New Jersey in the late 60s. She was a student of the Camden City School District and was employed by DYFS as a CASA case worker. She also worked at Campbell Soup and was employed at Camden County Board of Education. Lee always had a heart of giving and a smile that would light up the room. She loved watching the ID channel and listening to music. To know her was to love her. Lee was straightforward with every aspect of her of her life and didn't hesitate when she had to let someone know how she feels. Annie leaves to cherish behind her lifelong partner of 23 years, Reginald Taylor. Three children: Leon, Leona and Leola Iverson. Annie was proceeded in death by her mother, Annie Ruth Harris, father Lushion Harris, Sr. Her brothers: Lushion Harris Jr, Ronald Harris, Timothy Harris and one Sister Betty Joanne Harris. Annie had 11 grandchildren: Rashai, Tayron, Ashley, Cincere, Damier, Musique, Lyrique, Trinity, Rhasheed, Rhashod, and Leholani. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and long time friend Margie Shinholster.
