I’m truly saddened to hear of the passing of Markia. She, along with her husband, and son lived across the street from my parents (Ken & Sherryl). I never really met them officially, but would always wave when I would stop by and visit my parents. Truly hope that the fond memories that you shared with Markia helps everyone cope with their sadness and sorrow. Keeping the family and friends of Markia in my thoughts. ❤️

Markia was one of the strongest, honest and kindest woman I ever had the pleasure of knowing. The words in her obituary rung true to my experiences with her many years ago at GSK. Sadly I allowed life's travails to place to much time between our communications and I was saddened to hear of her passing at such a young age.
To Jameil, my heart goes out to you and Jacobi both. I'm glad you got to to marry such an amazing woman. She always talked well of you and her face would light up! Your wedding was one of my favorite memories! May God grant you the strength to go forth and raise Jacobi and keep her memory alive for him and you both.
To Omar and Tywuan, she always shared your accomplishments with us at work and you could feel the pride in her words and the love she had for you both. May God grant you strength as you grieve and move forward.
May God Bless you all in this difficult time. Markia, you will be truly missed. Rest in peace and thank you for having had a positive affect on my life. With love,
Scott Miller

Your wedding, the line dance with all of us....so much happiness and love. Even through heartbreak and disbelief I can't help but smile thinking about that. Jameil and Jacobi. God Bless you and your peaceful angel in heaven watch over you. Ryan and Jenn McGuire
