Obituary of Valice L Kellum

Valice Lorraine Kellum fell asleep peacefully at the age of 82 at home surrounded by her loving family in Williamstown, NJ on Wednesday April 14, 2021. Valice was born coincidentally on Wednesday, May 18th 1938 to Evelyn Kellum & Stuart Young at home. Valice attended Camden School District. After attending school Valice had 8 children. 3 boys and 5 girls. She was very compassionate with all her children. She was loving, kind, playful, outspoken and very stubborn at times. She never hesitated to tell those she loved that she loved them. Valice loved to shop. Valice was a great cook. She made some of the best breakfast ever. Not only was she a great cook and mother, She was a very devoted God fearing woman. She loved the Lord with everything in her. She had a natural love for people. She would take anyone in. She loved her neighbors and her neighborhood. Anyone who knew her could feel her loving spirit. She was a very giving person. What little she had, she gave without hesitation. Valice is proceeded in death with all of her siblings. 4 brothers Stanley, Marshall, Thomas, and John. 2 sisters Lillian and Blanche. Also proceeded in death with her 3 children Howard, Darnell & Darlene and son in law Tony. Valice leaves to mourn her 5 children Michelle of Blackwood, Constance (Alford) of Sicklerville, Crystal of Camden, David of Toms River, and Stacy (Reginald) of Williamstown. 30 grand-children, 32 great-grand children, 11 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
