Carlos Manuel Perez was born on November 2, 1961 in Hatillo Puerto Rico to his late parents Julio Perez and Nilda Rodriguez. Carlos was affectionately known as “Tio Chi” and “Unk.”
He had a love for animals, bikes, and classic cars. Carlos had a personality that brought laughter to his family and those that knew him.
Carlos is predeceased by his brother, Edwin Perez.
He leaves to mourn his sisters: Doris Perez; Madeline Lopez (Leonardo); Blanca Perez (Daniel); Damarys Perez; and Nancy Perez. Carlos also leaves to mourn 17 neices/nephews; Zoby, Jessie, Nary, Ana, Brenda, Pito, Edwin, Poopu, Pichi, Chavo, Mumu, Kim, Vero, Bianca, Kevin, Johnny, Joshua, and a host of great nieces and nephews. He also had a great-niece/god daughter, Cache, who he held dear to his heart.
