Sending all my love to Shakena, Nikera and Quan. Know that each of you are in my prayers. As I stream the service, my mind is filled with wonderful memories of Carl as a young man who filled my home and heart with so much love and joy. I remember Shakena standing at my fence smiling from ear to ear. You my dear were ordained by God to be the absolute most special part of Carl's life and I praise God for you. You stole his heart, loved him, married him and blessed him with an amazing family. You are a true queen and his absolute greatest blessing. My heart is very heavy today. I stand on my faith knowing that God never makes a mistake. God has called Carl home from labor to reward. It's not goodbye, it's simply a see you later. Know that you will be reunited one day. Until then, I will continue to pray for your strength. Look to the Lord for comfort. I love you and thank you for being his amazing wife!!! Love, Edie
