I have a few memories I'd like to share, in honor of my cousin, Ryan Hunter May.
I remember when you were born briefly. Your mother used to visit my sister and I frequently, but when you were born, you turned into your mother's whole world. She loved you deeply. Even though we lived most of our lives states apart, I feel that I got to spend some good time with you.
I came overnight to move into your house with your mother, father and sister, Marlayna. Even though we would be living in tight quarters, you were so excited to have me stay with you guys; and were nothing but loving and open. You gave up your own bedroom for me when I moved in, and split a room with your sister. I know how much that meant since I had shared a room most of my life up to that point. I remember getting Burger King breakfast with you, Ray and Marlayna before school, since you knew Ray would get it for us if I asked, LOL.
You were always such a nice guy towards me and from what I saw. When we were down in Florida at Disney, I remember how we were hunting down two things all day long. One for me was a stuffed Pooh bear, and you wanted to get a venus fly trap so bad! We eventually found them both, but was a fun search. I remember living with you in Ohio when you were so little and full of energy, driving your parents crazy. I think you looked up to me in some aspects, but I never considered myself a role model. I remember moving to the west and Reno with your family, during our 4 day road trip. The west suited you, you always wanted to do something with the outdoors, some kind of lumberjack.. I know you have lived in many places throughout your life, but I think you considered Reno more home than other places.
Thank you for helping me move into my apartment in New Jersey, when I moved across the country a second time. Pulling up with the moving truck you and your friends helped move me in. Much apprieciated! We kind of went our own ways when I was out that way, but I got to see you on holidays and in Philly.
I'm am so glad you came to see me last month with Ray and a couple of your friends. I was so surprised when you guys called me out of the blue and said you were in town. It was eye openning seeing you though, it seemed like you finally found your place. I think you may have struggled with what the future had in store for you, but when you came over, you had some kind of passion and happiness that I hadn't seen before. I'm glad you found your way eventually, even though it was cut so short. I love you man and miss you, I was going to try to get you to move to MI to pursue your passions here. Just wanted to share some thoughts here.
Love you,
Scott

Ryan may ! My best friend <3 my partner in crime. This man brought out the best in me and I in him so I hoped. Our friendship, love, and connection In replaceable! My best memories would be taking drives or bike rides jamming to nickleback singing our hearts out with one in the air (wink)! Your always on my mind I love u “hunter may” oh he hated that but we had an understanding we got under one another’s skin it was our way of showing love. Arguing like 80 years old couple

Ryan was always there for me in Nevada. I remember when we all climbed up a mountain and ate pink snow.
