I grew up with the Harris family on Baring St. in Camden, Marc was friends with my brother Nicky and his sister Lori and I were friends. Our parents were friends and we continued our friendship when they moved to Wenonah, as Mrs. Bobbie and Mr. Eddie would welcome us to spend week ends there. Marc has always been kind and just a good guy since we were children. My love and prayers are all with his sons and his wife as well as as Lori, Scott and Keith.
My heart truly wept to hear of his passing my love for you ALL will forever continue.

Paulette you and I have had some long talks about my friend. You know how much Marc meant to me and the love we shared for each other. My heart is hurting right now, but one day it will get better because I will get to laugh with my friend again. Paulette you and the boys made Marc’s life so full, I could always hear that joy and happiness when we talk about you and the boys. Thank you for marrying my friend and loving him unconditionally. I will miss the talks that Marc and I had on his way home about life and a little work thrown in. We never solved the world issues, but that was never the intent of our talks. My deepest condolences to the Harris family and all who loved Marc. I’ll remember him for his incredible sense of humor, enthusiasm and big heart. I reported to Marc during a difficult time in my life. He was always supportive of me and ready to listen and offer guidance. I loved his quick wit and was usually laughing hysterically by the end of our conversations. He was so proud of his boys and talked about them all the time. I’m so grateful I knew Marc. My condolences thoughts and prayers to the entire Harris family. I remember when Marc first started with Honda; he was my new boss. I helped him learn the Honda way, but he taught me so much more. We have remained in regular contact throughout his tenure with Honda. I always considered him to be more like a friend than a colleague. Marc had a passion like few others and really knew how to energize a room and elicit a smile. He will be missed.

My condolences to Paulette, his 3 Sons, and the extended Harris Family! I will start with thanking Marc for interviewing me for a full-time position and giving me a great run just shy of 20 years with Honda. Everyone that has encountered a relationship with Marc, has heard wonderful Proud Dad stories of his Boys about school, sports, and now their Careers! Without a doubt, he was just as tough on you 3 as he was on us, who worked for him! Marc was unique, tough at times (most times), had a great sense of humor, loved Sports, football pools, March Madness, and I won’t leave out the Love for any kind of food! He was highly afraid of Spiders or Rodents that we would set up in his office (fake ones) to see his reaction
You would think Marc would be looking at his computer, but he was listening to what was going on in the room. If it was Prime Time 8-10, and you were out of your seat, better bet you were getting marc yelling across the room" Its Prime Time, Show me the money!" There were times it was all fun and games but when it came to the end of the month, crunch time, he was all about the numbers! All the knowledge is in this room, he would tell us during meetings. He allowed us to be "IMPOWERED"!
R8 has shown him repeatedly we can be #1. We are hoping for a 4Peat to be the #1 CS Department in the Country. I know he would shine that smile down on us all and Say, See I had the confidence that you all could do it! We owe him that much!
Marc I will miss giving you shortcuts back to Jersey, or following me, to avoid the traffic jams. This time, “God said, "FOLLOW ME AND HE GAVE YOU THE ROUTE HOME!" “Jersey Boy Marc, For now until we will meet again once I travel your same route home into Eternal Life, MAY YOU RIP!

God has a great man with him in Heaven! I never had the chance to meet Paulette and his kids, but I feel like I know them so well. The pride he took in his family was something to behold. Marc made such a lasting impact on so many peoples lives. I feel fortunate to have had Marc come into my life over the last few years. He taught me so much, but his most lasting impact on me was reinforced in his last note to me......"Make sure you stop and smell the roses....". My heart and prayers for the Harris Family. I had the pleasure of meeting Marc 18 years ago when I started at Honda as a contract employee. He hired me within 30 days. Marc has that personality that when you meet him for the first time you will always remember him. There are a lot of memories but the two that stand out is when he would say "Prime Time" and the auctions he would host. Marc was an inspiration to follow your passion and never give up on yourself. He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Paulette and the whole Harris family. Marc and I hit it off famously on day one after our first meeting and his response was "Well this is going to be interesting!" He would make me laugh like no other, he got my twisted sense of humor and I got his. I very much enjoyed giving him a hard time because he would banter with me and play along....and he's the only associate that had two offices in the Region and he knew how to hide to avoid me whenever he wanted. Truly a unique person and he had a genuineness to him unlike anyone else and also a big heart. He always talked about the 3 boys he raised to be young men, he was so proud of them and their accomplishments. He was so happy to have found Paulette and sent me a vacation video of him sitting beach side panning the camera to show his view and at the end his enjoyment on a fine cigar. I will miss Marc, he was one of a kind and I valued our friendship greatly.
