Obituary of Joshua M Hannah

Obituary Joshua Mantel Hannah, affectionately known as Jonezy to his friends, was born February 13, 1987 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to Jonathan Hannah and Mary Diane Holloway. He later received a bonus father, Robert “Raquib” Cooper. Joshua departed this life on February 10, 2022. Joshua received his education in the Somers Point school district, later graduating from Mainland Regional High School in Linwood, New Jersey. As a child, Joshua loved the outdoors, he was very adventurous. He played Pop Warner football with the Somers Point Sharks. Joshua began his employment as a teenager working at McDonald’s in Somers Point, New Jersey. He held different jobs throughout his adult years. Most recently, Joshua was employed with Deauville Inn and at the time of his departure he was employed with Platt’s Furniture. Joshua enjoyed working with Platt’s Furniture and the co-workers he encountered. Joshua was known by many for his sense of humor, affectionate smile, and love for his family and those he considered in his immediate circle. Joshua enjoyed playing spades. He was always ready to play a game at a family gathering. Joshua was the life of the party, always ready to have a good time. He brought joy to everyone around him. Joshua is predeceased by his grandmothers, Jeannette Bowser and Corrine Hannah; great grandmother Mary Holloway; Aunts Angelene Clements, Rose Clements, Virginia Tisdale, and Earlie Mae Shaw; Uncle Roland Tisdale; Brother Jonathan Americk Hannah; and Cousin Trumaine Clements. Joshua leaves to cherish his memories and carry on his legacy, Mary Diane Holloway and Robert “Raquib” Cooper, Children Ma’leigha Hannah, Joshua Hannah, Jr., Jeremiah Hannah, Miccah Hannah (Mother - Melissa), Jayden Hannah (Mother – Samantha), Ah’livia Hannah, and Aiden Hannah (Mother – Nikki); Brothers Tito Hannah, Jared (Erin) Hannah, and Jonathan (Shawntee) Cannon; Sister Vashti Hannah; Nephews Shane Hannah, Malachi Poles, Djavan Hannah, Exavian Hannah, Sanai Loatman, Shawn Loatman, Keiran Hannah, Isaiah Hannah, Arrington Hannah, Alexander Hannah, Jonathan Cannon, Jr.; Niece Ashlyn Hannah; Special cousins Shalisa Hannah and Tyshaun Mosley; Partner Nikki Stockley; Special Uncle and Aunt Donnie and Vanessa; Best friends James “Ellie” Davis and Marcus Langford; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
