Obituary of Israel Hernandez-Crespo

Israel Hernandez Crespo, age 69, has passed away into Peaceful rest on November 21, 2022, in his home in Camden, New Jersey. Israel was born in Lares, Puerto Rico to the late Santos Hernandez and the late Carmen Martinez. Many years ago, he relocated to the United States mainland and has resided here since. Israel was a very Simple guy who enjoyed peaceful times fishing, landscaping and for many was considered a Jack of all Trades. Israel loved his family, and nothing was more valuable than spending time with them but especially his grandchildren who he so loved being with. Israel is the father of Ismael Hernandez Cruz, Maria Hernandez, Cristina Hernandez, Annie Hernandez Cruz, Angie Johnson and Yvonne Johnson. The brother of Ana Hernandez, Francisco Hernandez, Manuel Hernandez, Sonia Hernandez, Julio Hernandez, Willie Hernandez, Santos Hernandez, Jorge Hernandez, Maria Hernandez, Carmen N. Hernandez, & Prove Hernandez. He will be dearly missed by all. In addition to his parents, Israel is preceded in death by his daughter, the late Cristina Hernandez, and his siblings the late Lydia Hernandez, the late Natividad Hernandez & the late Agustine Hernandez. Friends are invited to attend calling hours to be held on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. followed by interment in the Mount St. Peter's Cemetery, Derby, CT.
