Brian David Williams of Willingboro, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday May 5th, 2023. He was 69 years old.   Legacy: Brian was born in Orange, NJ and was raised in East Orange, NJ. He graduated from East Orange High School in 1972 where he worked with and received training in Audio Visual Aids. After high school, he went on to start his career. He worked as an assistant grocery manager, as a security guard, and a professional mover, before starting a 27-year career as a corrections officer with the NJ Department of Corrections at Trenton State Prison. Upon retirement, he worked as a security guard for the Willingboro Board of Education. He enjoyed spending time with his large family, being a softball coach for his daughters, and bowling on various leagues. He was a man of faith and an active member of his church, Love Fellowship Tabernacle, where he participated in the Rhema Choir and the Security Team ministries. Brian’s family and friends will remember him for being a kitchen king and grill master, for going above and beyond to help others, showing up at every event to show support, and for being there wherever and whenever you needed him. He was affectionately referred to as Big Will, Daddy, Pop Pop, and Big Brother by close friends and family.   Family: Brian was the beloved husband of Delores Mines Williams for last 10 years; devoted father of 12 children with his late wife, Laura, including Chris (Kelli), Justin & Jamie Jones, Brandis Childs (Ray), Ronald, Nasir, Robert, Raymond, Raheem, Siani, Timothy, and Alliyah Williams.
