I am a very old friend of the Coar family. . We grew up together in Harlem on 119th St. We had great great times growing up. When we got older, I would get a call from David every now and then encouraging me in my journey with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. He was a great friend. Sending love and hugs to the Coar family.

Deacon Coar. will forever be in my heart . I met DeaconCoar at cooper hospital while he was driving the shuttle bus to and from the waterfront. Not knowing the plans the lord had for my family and I to become members of m.c.m.b.c in camden thru the church’s prison ministry he was ministering to my husband in prison and to me on the bus . Thank you lord for the precious moments we shared at work and at Mount Calvary missionary Baptist Church. What a man of God many are called but few are chosen.
