Sandra Tyler posted a condolence

Today was one of the most difficult times that I’ve experienced since the passing of my parents in 2012. I had to say goodbye to someone I loved very, very much. She was a family member, my second mom and auntie. The love and connection we shared was unbreakable. She was an Angel … My Angel!
I called her "Aunt Dolly" or "Mommy Auntie". Some call her "Baby Doll".
I was raised by her in my earlier years in life, She comfort me through dark times and loved me unconditionally. I cried and cried honoring all the emotions that come with grief.
So, how do you say I'm goodbye to an angel? My angel is not gone. She's here right by my side as an extra guardian angel.
She leaves with me my Uncle Charles Clay, sister cousins Brenda McLeon, Undra Briggs and families to remind me what a special family we have. the whole family is together again. You will be truly missed.

Family, It can be difficult to relinquish the physical presence of a loved one even when we fully understand that we will meet again and have an eternity of life together with our Lord & Savior. I pray that you are comforted as the Holy Spirit reminds you of this truth. This separation is temporary and necessary to prepare Sis Clay for her perfect and glorious existence in heaven. She is more alive now in the arms of the Father than at any point of her earthly existence. I pray you find peace knowing that she has been made whole and all sorrow, pain and suffering has ceased. The beautiful wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, neighbor and human being you once knew is even more beautiful as a heavenly citizen.
Cherish the good memories. Share the special moments. Promote, celebrate and share her legacy here on earth as you await your reconciliation in glory. She has accomplished what we all must do and is enjoying the benefit of knowing God, having Jesus as Savior and walking in the Spirit. She is comforted and resting in the arms of her Father and worshiping before the throne with the Heavenly Host. Be comforted and have peace knowing she has preceded you, but has not left you in this. She is patiently waiting and smiling on you until the day you join her in eternal peace.
Blessings to each of you as you mourn the loss of her earthly presence and celebrate the life that continues to live in your heart. Be encourage in the hope of glory. (Rom 8:18) Be comforted in the comfort of our Father. (2Corinthians 1:3-4) Be (live) at peace in the Spirit. (2Corinthians 13:11)
Grace to you,
Chaplain Candice Barlow-Jones
