Victoria D. Hill was born on December 4, 1935 in Baltimore, Maryland to Norman and Helen Griffin.
She graduated from West Philadelphia High School. After graduation she worked for the IRS.
Later she married Robert L. Hill. They were blessed with 2 sons David L. Hill & Robert L. Hill II.
On Wednesday, August 30th 2023, she was called home to be with the Lord.
She was preceded by her siblings Paul Griffin, Rosie Hoskins, Norman Griffin, and Sharon.
She leaves behind to mourn her 2 sons David L. Hill, and Robert L. Hill, II and a host of nieces and nephews.
