I had the pleasure of working with Calva closely over 15 years with the Employee Assistance Program at DuPont. Calva was always very kind, caring, and considerate, and respectful of all employees and families who sought help with the EAP. Calva was also very kind and caring, and helpful to all staff members who she worked with at DuPont. She was a large part of the success of the EAP and also very hard working and dedicated to helping others whether it was in person or on the phone. I am very grateful and thankful to have known Calva and to have worked with her on a daily basis. Calva was also very proud of her family. Sincerely, Greg Simmons, Friend and co-worker.

Aunt Calva, memories of you making sure we got invited to the family dinners, and life talks light the corners of my mind. You were the first person teaching me how to take shorthand. I was hired as a court stenographer for the City of Baltimore. I'll miss our phone conversation about writing, and dangling participles; grammar. Love, hugs, prayers of condolences to the Queenan. Sending my condolences to the sons of my dear aunt Calva. Arthur and Richard I am sorry to hear about aunt Calva's passing. I remember spending a weekend every summer at the house in Delaware. Those were some good times. I hope the two of you are doing well and coping with the loss of your mom with strength. Our Creator Jehovah God promised to resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death: Acts 24:15. That time is fast approaching. Very soon death will be no more: Revelation 21: 3, 4. Condolences and prayers to the Queenan family on the loss of their mother and grandmother. I’m sure her passing was peaceful as she was surrounded by those she loved. Calva was one of the most beautiful people I ever knew in my life. She was an amazing friend and we used to always laugh and say we were sisters from another mother. I have so many beautiful memories of her and will cherish them until I join her in heaven. Bernadette White
