Anthony Tyrone Russell: I submit my sincere condolences for my "Uncle Al" and to my Ray Family that I love dearly. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend my Uncle Al's " Homegoing Celebration due to my own health conditions. But I will keep the rest of the family in prayer. I will always treasure the times I spent we spent in each other's presence. My Uncle Al was always checking up on me and my brother Ricardo "Ricky". While the rest of the family members addressed me by my nickname "Blinky" Uncle Al called me "Blink" and I would just laugh. I will treasure my Uncle Al's memory always and keep him in my heart and mind. Rest in Peace Uncle Al. I'll Miss you, but we'll see each other again in heaven.
