Kenneth Dupree “Newt” Kirk was born in Vineland, NJ on August 9th, 1978. He was raised in Pennsauken and Camden, NJ. As a teenager, Newt attended Pennsauken High School, where he gained accolades as Varsity Wrestling State Champion runner up in 1995. Before Graduating from high school in 1996, Newt would go on to win the Varsity Wrestling State Championship, while also setting the school record for the most pins. Newt was known to be a caring person who enjoyed the company of animals and nature. He loved helping others and consistently maintained an upbeat attitude. As an avid listener of music, some of his favorite artist were Rascal Flatts, Toni Braxton, and Eminem. The Green Bay Packers was his favorite Football team and he also enjoyed watching WWE and WWF wrestling. He passed away on December 25th, 2023. Newt is predeceased by his older brother Bryant Kirk. He leaves behind his grandfather, Samuel Vinegar; mother’s Mary Kirk, Karen Vinegar-Wilson (Charles Wilson); brother Kenya Kirk; sisters, La’Zaa Kirk, Ebony Vinegar, Shalisha and Shane Cook. Ten nieces, six nephews, two great nieces, one great nephew and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Lovingly Submitted, The Family
