Betty Williams Shelton posted a condolence
Friday, July 12, 2024
To: Sonny, Bradley, Brian, Cheryl and Chrystal Jackson
A lasting friendship began in Camden High September 1952. I heard the name June Ponzo and expected to see a girl from “Talian Town” instead it was a girl from Mt. Vernon street and the beginning of a friendship that lasted until last week - 69 years. There were many double dates with her Sonny and Me and My Sam. Long marriages, four children each. Sonny would always bring her to see me at the PFS convention in Atlanta and I will miss her. Be encouraged and don’t fight the hurt.
Prayerfully
Betty Williams Shelton
