I graduated with Andre from Willingboro High. He was a dear friend and we shared the love of music and many laughs. I just heard of his passing and would like to extend my condolences to his wife and family. I pray for your comfort.

Please know that we are praying to the Lord for comfort and support for the Jordan family in their time of grief. I have known Andre since he was a toddler, and he always presented himself as a gentleman and a person of outstanding character. I also had the privilege of coaching Andre in the Western Division Little Leagues in Willingboro. I vividly remember the first day he joined our team. I was giving a lecture/demonstration to the kids on hitting a baseball. I explained the importance of gripping the bat properly, the batting stance in relationship to the pitcher, keeping your eye on the ball, swinging the bat correctly, following through with the swing and maintaining balance. When I finished and was about to dismiss the group, Andre said to me in his respectful unassuming way, 'Coach, you forgot to tell them to keep their front leg straight as they swing the bat". I said "you are right " (surprised that a young kid would have such a detailed knowledge of the game of baseball). I quickly gathered the team and told them that thanks to Andre I realized I omitted a valuable piece of hitting information. Shortly thereafter I found out that Andre was a great hitter and our team that year went on to win the championship.
However, as great of a baseball player as he was; he was an even better human being. I admired his demeanor, his intelligence, and his respect for elders. He was a young man that any parent would be proud to call their son. He was a great team mate on this earth who now has joined the ultimate team. We all miss and love you but GOD loves you best!
